The US has decided to withhold $800 million of military aid to Pakistan.
Islamabad says it has not received any official confirmation and the army

Death toll from Indian rail crash rises to over 80

Rescue workers continued to search for survivors on Monday after an express
train derailed in India's northern state of Uttar Pradesh. The Delhi-bound
